About RPE Construction
A local building contractor that does what it says, communicates clearly and finishes properly.
RPE Construction is a building contractor based in South Norwood, London, working with homeowners, landlords and letting agents across London and the South-East. We take on extensions, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, and the maintenance and refurbishment work that keeps rental properties in good order.
How we work
You get a clear written quote before anything starts, one person to speak to throughout, and a tidy site while we're there. We plan the job properly, bring in qualified trades where the work calls for them, and check everything before we hand it back.
Most of our work comes through recommendation, which is the way we'd like to keep it. That only happens if people are happy at the end, so that's what we aim for on every job — whether it's a bathroom or a whole house.
Insurance
RPE Construction holds public liability insurance. We're happy to provide a copy of the certificate on request, and we bring in qualified, registered trades for gas, electrical and other specialist work.
Where we work
We're based in South Norwood, London and take on work across London and the South-East, including Croydon, Bromley, Lewisham, Southwark, Lambeth, Sutton and the surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether we cover you, give us a ring.
