Who we are

RPE Construction of 25 Elm Park Road, London SE25 6UA is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@rpeconstruction.com or on 07940 242908.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, telephone number, email address (if you give one), the project location, a description of the work and any photographs you attach. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract with you.

If you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. Those cookies are only set if you accept them. See our cookie policy.

Who we share it with

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Headings use a font served by Google Fonts, which means your IP address is seen by Google when a page loads; no cookies are set by it. Enquiry emails are delivered to our business email account. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for six years for accounting and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
